The owner came to my home on Jan 24, 2026 to help me troubleshoot an issue of no running hot water. He checked my hot water tank, the piping under my kitchen sink and he tracked the flow of piping throughout my home. He discovered that there was a frozen area or blockage happening between my laundry room area and kitchen sink (the areas are adjacent). He taught me and walked me through how to install pipe sleeves/covers, open the cabinet doors and run a space heater to assist in thawing out the area. He also showed me how to install some R19 insulation in the wall cavity under my kitchen sink. Within 30 minutes the pipes were thawed and water was back flowing, nice and hot!

I am thankful for the owner, CW (Corneallius Walker). Thank you for the education, thank you for the leadership and thank you for solving my water issue. I am now a better first time home owner.
